A Culinary Maestro Joins Our Team: MCCS Welcomes New Executive Chef David Loftus!
The Club at Paradise Point is excited to welcome Executive Chef, David Loftus.

Hailing from Medford Lakes, New Jersey, Mr. Loftus brings 25 years of valuable experience to MCCS Lejeune-New River. As Executive Chef, Loftus will oversee all food operations for The Club at Paradise Point, the Child Development Center Meal Program, and Catering, he will also be a valuable resource for The Landing once renovations are completed.

Loftus has a strong commitment to those who serve and their families. "I have lifelong connection, respect, and admiration for our uniformed services. I have always felt at home in the electric atmosphere and comradery of military life. This position gives me the opportunity to ensure that our service members get the very best that we can give," he commented regarding his excitement for this latest opportunity.

North Carolina has been on his radar for years. “This opportunity allows me to move my family to an area that is closely aligned with our values of enjoying nature, being near the ocean, and exploring and having new adventures," he said.

MCCS Lejeune-New River is excited to see what he creates for us in the upcoming months. From intricate tasting menus to comforting classics with a modern twist, Chef Loftus's creations will be a testament to his dedication to culinary excellence.
