Child Abuse Prevention Month Proclamation Ceremony & Pinwheel Planting
Come and help raise awareness and encourage community involvement in the fight against child maltreatment and neglect. Join the Family Advocacy Program and help kick off Child Abuse Prevention Month with a proclamation reading and signing by the Commanding Officer or one of his representatives.
The Proclamation Signing will take place in the Behavioral Health Conference Room, Bldg. 411 (Marine & Family Programs) in Room 222.
In support of Child Abuse Prevention Month, you can learn practical ways to prevent child abuse with the “5 Ways to Prevent Child Abuse” guide. It offers tips for parents, caregivers, and community members to help protect children and strengthen our community.
