Cost: $40 for the first child; $35 for each additional child in the same family
($45 after Jul. 18, space permitting)

Important Registration & Program Information:
- Birth certificate required for first time applicants. Minimum and Maximum age requirements are based on child's age as of Sept. 1, 2025.
- Valid ID required.
- A $15 service fee will be charged for all refunds (per child) after the registration period. No refunds after the first game.
Coaches Needed
