Re-train Your Brain (Camp Schwab)

Re-Train Your Brain is a four-week psychoeducational class offered by Behavioral Health, Family Advocacy Program Prevention & Education. This class teaches individuals how to effectively manage stress, cope with feelings of anger, and communicate more effectively.

Re-Train Your Brain sessions on Camp Schwab are held over two consecutive days from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and are open to Marines, Sailors, DoD personnel, and SOFA-status personnel ages 18 and older.
