AIKIDO CLASSES
A traditional Japanese Aikido class is offered by Sensei Eric who started Aikido when he was stationed in Japan.
Class is focused on throws, pins, and joint locks of an attacker. Aikido is about self-defense and not sport fighting.
Starting July 6, 2026
3 classes per week for $65/month
Monday | 6:00-7:30 PM
Wednesday | 6:00-7:30 PM
Saturday | 9:00-10:00 AM
Class is open to authorized ID holders ages 18 and up.
