**Service Member/Sponsor must be present at check-in for all non-affiliated personnel.

  1. Peak Season is from April 1 through September 30. During this time, reservations for leisure travel will be as follows:
    • Leisure travelers may make reservations 7 days in advance.
    • Leisure travelers may stay up to 7 nights. Extensions maybe granted based on occupancy and must be approved by management.
    • Pet units, suites and family suites may only be booked on a walk in basis (day of) and reserved for one night.
    • Leisure reservation request based on special circumstances i.e, graduations, medical, will be forwarded to management and will be handled according to the particular facts relating to each situation.
    • Travel Orders may be verified upon check-in.
  2. Non-Peak Season is from October 1 through March 31. During this time, reservations for leisure travel will be as follows:
    • Leisure travelers may make reservations 14 days in advance.
    • Leisure travelers may stay up to 7 nights. Extensions maybe granted based on occupancy and must be approved by management.
    • Pet units, suites and family suites may only be booked on a walk in basis (day of) and reserved for up to 3 nights, at the discretion of occupancy.

Reservations must be cancelled by 2PM on the day of arrival.

Failure to cancel will result in one nights room charge and the cancellation of any additional days.

The following rules of eligibility are apply for Wounded Warrior stays:

  • Request for WIA at Naval Hospital should come from the Command Master Chief (Wounded Warrior Barracks) or U.S. Naval Hospital.
  • Eligible patrons must be visiting a service member wounded or killed in action in a declared combat zone ( Afghanistan, Iraq, or South Africa).
  • If they are visiting a wounded service member, the member must be an inpatient at the Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune.
  • Eligible patrons must be immediate family members (defined as spouse, child, parent, brother or sister) of the WIA/KIA service member.
  • Stay will be free of cost for up to 5 days unless the service member is in critical condition or suffering from a medical condition that requires a longer stay.
  • In those instances where the patron/family member is traveling under invitational government orders and is receiving per diem reimbursement for that travel, regular room rates will be charged.
