Location Detail

We do not offer early check ins or late check outs. Check in is at 4pm. Check out is at 11am. If you stay past the check-out time, you will be charged a late fee of one night ($139.00)

We do provide a full equipped kitchen, you must bring your own food items such as coffee, filters, condiments, and other food items.

Our housekeepers are only able conduct light cleaning around the apartment. Our housekeepers are not able to touch personal items, do dishes, or move personal items. If you would like your bed made, please make sure your personal items are off the bed. If you would like your floors vacuumed and cleaned, please make sure your personal items are off the floor.

Any unauthorized animals found inside the unit will be charged $350 and asked to leave without a refund for their stay.

If the portable Wi-Fi puck is lost, damaged, or missing the charging cord, you will be charged $350 for the replacement.

Please not that during your stay, the building might not be available for safety and security reasons without notice. All individuals will have to leave the building immediately. In those events, the MCCS team will notify you and provide alternative lodging options and refund any funds from that point.

Mail is not able to be delivered to this building. There is a US Post Office located down the hill in the Town of Quantico to set up any mailing needs. There is also an Amazon pick up station located at the Marine Mart on Barnett Ave.
