Area 2 Indoor Pool Hours Adjustment Starting April 13
Beginning April 13, 2026, Area 2 Indoor Pool will operate under adjusted hours due to the Military Water Survival Program utilizing the facility during daytime hours.
New hours of operation will be:
• Monday–Friday: 5 – 7AM and 4–7PM
• Saturday, Sunday & Holidays: 11AM – 5PM
Swimming
Age Requirements: Children under 10 are welcome at all pools (except Wallace Creek Fitness Center) accompanied by an adult; Children between the ages of 10 and 15 who demonstrate the ability to pass the swim test do not require direct supervision. The swim test consists of swimming 25 yards followed by a one minute tread or float.
Free Swim Lessons for Active Duty
Any Active Duty military personnel may request a 30-min free swim lesson at any pool where there is a Water Safety Instructor on deck. Personnel may call ahead to see if someone will be there on the day they wish to learn.
